How long does the review process take?

Our editorial team completes peer review within 48 hours of receiving a properly formatted submission. You will be notified by email of the decision.

What file format must I submit in?

All manuscripts must be in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx). Times New Roman 12pt, 2cm margins, 1.5 line spacing, 2-20 pages maximum.

When do I pay the APC after acceptance?

Payment must be completed within 24 hours of your acceptance notification. Failure to pay will result in removal from the queue.

Will I receive a certificate?

Yes! Once published, you receive an official IJMSRCI Certificate of Publication and a direct article link by email within 24 hours of publication.

Can MBBS students submit articles?

Absolutely. IJMSRCI is specially designed for MBBS students, medical residents, and early-career researchers. No prior publication experience required.

What payment methods are accepted?

International payments via Stripe, Indian payments via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking), and bank transfer. Details sent with acceptance email.

Can I get a refund if rejected after payment?

Yes. Contact editor@ijmsrci.com within 7 days of rejection notification for a full refund.

How does the referral program work?

Contact our team for your unique referral code. When another author submits using your code, both of you receive $1 USD / ₹50 INR discount. No limit on referrals.

Can I submit with 5 or more authors?

Yes. For 5+ authors: $15 USD (international) or ₹999 INR (Indian). All authors must be listed with affiliations.

How long to receive certificate after publication?

Certificate and article link are sent by email within 24 hours of publication.
